Tips to keep your goals alive

If you have important goals, but you’ve temporarily fallen off course or you want to accelerate…this program is built for you.
Got goals?
If this is you, let's go to work
Most of us have goals, but many of us fall off track along the way. No problem, let’s get you back on the rails.
Whether you’re a business owner striving for growth or have meaningful personal goals, we’re human and we fall off track sometimes. Either we get distracted or life happens, but let’s not use that as an excuse to stay off track. That’s what this coaching system is built for. For people who have personal or professional goals and have fallen off track. This 21-day system gets you the support you need to get back on track, build unstoppable momentum and cross the finish line.
Do you have a tendency to procrastinate? Are you getting distracted from taking important action forward?
We’ve all been there – You’re excited about a particular goal and you start thinking about all the details. Without warning, our primitive survival brain will trigger a stress response. From a prehistoric survival standpoint, too much change meant an increase risk of death. So a BIG goal is going to require a BIG change, and that means the survival centers of your brain will produce thoughts that will try to keep you in your comfort zone. As a result, we find ourselves procrastinating and/or distracted from taking strategic action forward. Or, you might be experiencing a debilitating level of fear and doubt that keeps you from taking aligned action. Either way, if you’re stuck, this system will unstick you.
Do you struggle to build and sustain new habits on your own?
Getting started is easy. Staying on track and building new habits isn’t. When we are going after important goals, it’s easy to get sucked back into old habits. Or, external events can knock us off track and into old patterns. The only way to fail is to quit, so as long as we get back on the rails and re-build the momentum, our goals become possible again. When I take my 2 boys bowling, we sometimes use bumpers to keep the bowling ball on the lane all the way through the pins. This coaching framework is a lot like bumpers – The 21-day framework will help you build and sustain core habits through the finish line, using our 5 level accountability process.
Do you struggle with holding yourself accountable?
According to Statistic Brain, 91% of people who set new goals don’t achieve them, because they lack that accountability and external support. Yes, life happens, but we must do our best to stay in motion, or all momentum will come to a stop. When motion stops, we have to intentionally align our mind, energy and habits in order to get back on the rails and build that momentum back up again. Dominican University did a study and found that you are 76% more likely to achieve your goals when you have an accountability system and external support in place. This 21-day framework is built on 5 levels of accountability, so you can be sure that this program, and our community, will get you back on track.
Are you hoarding old emotional baggage?
Maybe you’ve been holding onto a lot of unresolved energy & emotion and it’s time to let some of it go now. A big part of what throws us off track are those old, deep-rooted, emotional patterns that manifest as self-sabotage or distractions. Releasing stuck emotional patterns frees up the energy and clarity needed to chart a course forward, take aligned action and build unstoppable momentum. Holding on to that old emotional programming bogs you down and clouds your mental acuity. If you need a breakthrough, we got you.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the Adapt Coaching System, and how can it help me?
The Adapt Coaching System is an accountability-based method that has been developed by George and his 16 years of coaching experience. George is a certified Master NLP Practitioner and a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and combines both modalities in his work with clients. By shifting limiting beliefs, creating structured action plans and forming new habits through accountability, this 21-day framework is designed to help you build unstoppable moment.
What is Positive Psychology?
Martin Seligman, formally founded Positive Psychology in 1998 as a branch of Psychology. It is the scientific study of human flourishing and well-being. Unlike traditional psychology, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental illness, positive psychology emphasizes strengths, possibility and potential. It explores how people can flourish, cultivate well-being, and lead more fulfilling lives by focusing on gratitude, optimism, purpose, and positive habits.
What is NLP?
NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, helps you to understand how the language of the mind creates the programs we run in life. We have programs (or patterns) of thinking, emotion and beliefs – these determine our behaviors, outcomes, communication and everything we do. NLP started in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler(Linguistics) and John Grinder(Computer Science), who met at UC Santa Cruz. They studied those in change professions(Counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, coaches, etc.) and found that those who were the best in their field at that time(Virginia Satir, Milton Erickson and Fritz Pearls) used patterns and techniques far beyond the skills of their colleagues: Rapport patterns, communication patterns, language patterns, questioning patterns, closed-eye vs. open-eye techniques, etc. Those initial discoveries created the foundation of this ever-evolving body of work. Tony Robbins has been a big part of NLP’s development since the 1980’s when Tony studied directly with Bandler and Grinder. NLP now is a globally known model for change, transformation and peak performance.
What makes NLP unique from therapy?
NLP techniques are outcome-focused and action-oriented. Rather than focusing on the past and the why, as you might do in therapy, NLP focuses on the what and the how. Here’s a good metaphor to consider:
.
🌳 Traditional Therapy: The Deep Exploration
Traditional therapy is like walking through a dense forest with a guide, carefully exploring where you’ve been, identifying patterns, and understanding why certain paths led to dead ends. You take your time, examining the roots of your experiences, emotions, and traumas, aiming for deep healing and self-awareness.
.
🚀 NLP: The Fast-Track Navigation System
NLP, on the other hand, is like using a GPS and a machete—it focuses on quickly identifying mental roadblocks and reprogramming your internal navigation system to find a new, more effective route. Instead of analyzing why you got lost, NLP helps you shift your mindset, language, and behaviors to get where you want to go faster and with more confidence.
What can I expect from a 1:1 coaching session with George?
Each session is tailored to your needs and may include deep questions, mental / emotional shifts, goal setting, action planning, and accountability. In the daily group sessions we will:
– Cover a training tool (delivered by George or team member)
– Accountability
– Do some Laser Coaching (facilitated by George)
How long does coaching take to see results?
The timeline varies based on your goals, commitment and urgency for change. If you have something urgent that requires a single Breakthrough Session, clients experience major shifts and breakthroughs right away. If you have a longer-term goal, I recommend this 21-day Momentum Experience or my 90-day 1:1 Private Coaching Program. Both are ideal for building sustainable habits and continued accountability.
How do I know if Adapt Coaching is right for me?
If you’ve fallen off track from your goals, or you want to accelerate your current growth trajectory, or you feel a big breakthrough coming, this coaching process is built for you. If you don’t have goals and don’t want to have goals, this program is not right for you.
How much does it cost?
Coaching is an investment in your growth and success. George offers 3 coaching programs: Breakthrough, Momentum and Lasting Change: Single Breakthrough Sessions, this 21-day Momentum Experience and my 90-day Private 1:1 Adapt Coaching System for Lasting Change. Pricing varies based on the level of support you need. I recommend starting with this 21-day momentum experience because of its low cost / high value structure.
