What is the Adapt Coaching Method, and how can it help me?

The Adapt Coaching Method has been developed by George and his 16 years of coaching experience. George is a certified NLP Practitioner and a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. He has combined many modalities over the years and created the ACM framework. This is a 1-on-1 coaching method that helps professionals and individuals achieve meaningful goals. By shifting limiting beliefs, creating structured action plans and forming new habits through accountability, ACM ensures you stay accountable to your goals.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include deep questions, mindset shifts, goal setting, action planning, and accountability. You’ll have a full session every 2 weeks that typically lasts 45-60 minutes. On alternating weeks, you’ll have a check in session that lasts 15 minutes. Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You’ll leave each session with clear insights and an action check-list. Along with weekly sessions, you’ll also have daily text check-ins as part of the Adapt accountability framework.

How long does coaching take to see results?

The timeline varies based on your goals, commitment and urgency for change. While some clients experience major shifts and breakthroughs within a few sessions, lasting change comes from consistent effort. A 90-day commitment is ideal for building sustainable habits, but ongoing coaching can provide deeper transformation and continued accountability.
